Welcome to MF Compare (mfcompare.in). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a clean, transparent, and tracker-free mutual fund research platform.
MF Compare is an independent, ad-free educational tool built by Aswin V. We do not sell your personal data, do not run commercial trackers, and do not partner with distributors or financial brokers.
2Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide core application features:
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL. We use this strictly to authenticate your account and personalize your workspace.
When signed in, your bookmarked Watchlists, Saved Comparison Baskets, and completed Risk DNA Quiz scores are synced to your account so you can access them across devices.
3How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for:
- Authenticating you securely using Google OAuth (NextAuth.js).
- Syncing your custom mutual fund watchlists and comparison sets across devices.
- Providing administrative access to verified platform administrators.
4No Third-Party Advertising or Selling
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information or mutual fund searches to advertisers, insurance brokers, mutual fund AMCs, or third-party marketing companies.
5Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser Local Storage and secure HTTP session cookies solely to preserve your UI theme preference (Dark/Light mode), anonymous watchlists when logged out, and authenticated login sessions.
6Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated cloud-synced data at any time. To request immediate deletion of your profile, email us at mail@aswinv.com.
